Every patient must realize their fear and set a goal of what they would like to achieve with the therapy. By having clear objectives, the patient can receive personalized treatment, track their healing process and make a step forward to their ultimate goal, session by session.
The patient is seated during the sessions and watches a projection of interactive 3D graphics through a VR device, including goggles and headphones. The placement of the helmet isolates the external stimuli and transports them to an environment that is different from the therapy room.

The therapist gives some homework between sessions to strengthen and generalize what has been worked upon during the consultation in the patient’s usual environment.
